Holiday Schedule

We are closed on all major U.S. holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Modified hours may apply for the day before and after major holidays. Please call ahead to confirm holiday availability.

Parking & Facility Access

Visitor Parking

Free visitor parking is available directly in front of our main office entrance. We have 12 designated visitor parking spots clearly marked with signage. Additional overflow parking is available along the west side of the building.

Commercial Vehicles

Large trucks, flatbeds, and commercial vehicles should use the east entrance off of Warehouse District Drive to access our loading dock area. We have three full-size loading docks that can accommodate semi-trucks, as well as an open staging area for flatbed loading and unloading.

Accessibility

Our main office entrance is ADA-accessible with a ramped entry, automatic doors, and accessible restroom facilities. Accessible parking spots are located nearest to the main entrance.

Safety Notice

Our facility is an active work site. All visitors must check in at the front office before entering the yard or warehouse areas. High-visibility vests and safety footwear are recommended (available to borrow at the front desk). Hard hats are required in designated production areas.

Driving Directions from Major Highways

From I-5 (North or South)

  1. Take I-5 to I-405 North/US-30 West exit
  2. Continue on I-405 North for approximately 1.5 miles
  3. Take the NW Vaughn Street exit
  4. Turn left onto NW Vaughn Street
  5. Continue for 0.4 miles, then turn right onto NW 25th Avenue
  6. Turn left onto Warehouse District Drive
  7. Our facility is at 842, on the right side

From I-405 (Eastbound)

  1. Take I-405 South toward Portland city center
  2. Take the NW Vaughn Street exit
  3. Turn right onto NW Vaughn Street
  4. Continue for 0.4 miles, then turn right onto NW 25th Avenue
  5. Turn left onto Warehouse District Drive
  6. Our facility is at 842, on the right side

From US-30 (St. Helens Hwy)

  1. Head east on US-30 toward Portland
  2. Continue past the NW Industrial area
  3. Turn right onto NW Nicolai Street
  4. Turn left onto NW 25th Avenue
  5. Continue south, turn right onto Warehouse District Drive
  6. Our facility is at 842, on the right side

Tip: Use GPS coordinates (45.5352, -122.6924) for the most accurate navigation. Look for our large green "Pallets Reuse" sign at the entrance. If you pass the railroad tracks, you've gone too far.

Bringing pallets to us? Pull up to our receiving dock on the east side of the building. Our team will help you unload and provide an on-the-spot assessment.

Picking up an order? Visit our main office entrance to check in, and we'll direct you to the loading area where your order will be staged and ready.

After-Hours & Weekend Inquiries

Messages received outside of business hours are collected and reviewed first thing the next business day. Here is how after-hours inquiries are handled:

Evenings (5 PM - 7 AM): Emails are queued and processed by 8:00 AM the following business day.
Saturday Afternoon: Messages received after 12:00 PM are processed Monday morning.
Sundays & Holidays: All inquiries are addressed first thing Monday or the next business day.
Pre-scheduled deliveries: If you have a delivery or pickup scheduled, it will proceed as planned even if our office is closed. Contact your driver directly using the number provided in your confirmation email.

How quickly will I receive a quote?

For standard pallet orders, we typically provide quotes within 2-4 hours during business hours. Custom pallet quotes may take up to 24 hours as they require more detailed specifications and costing. Complex or large-volume orders may require an on-site assessment before we can provide a firm quote.

Do I need an appointment to visit your facility?

Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours for general inquiries, small orders, and pallet drop-offs. However, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment for large transactions, facility tours, or if you would like to meet with a specific team member. Appointments ensure we have the right staff and resources available for your visit.

Can I get a quote over the phone or email?

Absolutely. We provide quotes via phone, email, and through our website contact form. For the most accurate quote, it helps to have the following information ready: pallet type and size needed, quantity, grade preference, delivery location, and timeline. You can also send us photos of pallets you want to sell for a quick assessment.

What information should I include in my inquiry?

To help us respond as quickly and accurately as possible, please include: your company name, the type of pallets you need (or want to sell), approximate quantities, desired sizes and grades, delivery or pickup preference, your location, and any special requirements such as heat treatment or custom dimensions.

Do you serve areas outside of Portland?

Yes! While our facility is based in Portland, we serve customers throughout the Pacific Northwest, including all of Oregon, Washington, Northern California, and Idaho. Delivery fees vary by distance. For locations outside our standard service area, we can often arrange shipping through our logistics partners.

Can I tour your facility?

We welcome facility tours! Tours are available by appointment during business hours and typically last 30-45 minutes. You will see our receiving area, sorting and grading operations, repair workshop, heat treatment chamber, and finished inventory storage. Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance.

What if I have a complaint or issue with an order?

We take every concern seriously. For quality issues or order discrepancies, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the problem. Send your claim to info@palletsreuse.com with 'Quality Concern' in the subject line. A customer service representative will review your case and respond within one business day with a resolution plan.

Is my contact information kept private?
