On-Demand

Call when you need us. Available for same-day and next-day service throughout our primary area. Best for unpredictable volumes.

Weekly Recurring

Set up a standing weekly pickup or delivery on the same day and time. Guaranteed capacity and consistent pricing. Our most popular option.

Ideal for businesses with moderate pallet volumes. Every two weeks, like clockwork. Adjust the schedule anytime with 48 hours notice.

Cost-effective for lower volumes. Monthly pickups or deliveries with the flexibility to add extra runs when needed.

Technology

Logistics Technology for Tracking & Reporting

We invest in technology that makes our transportation service more reliable, more transparent, and more efficient. Here is what powers our logistics operation behind the scenes.

01

Real-Time GPS Tracking

Every vehicle in our fleet is equipped with GPS tracking that provides real-time location data. For scheduled deliveries, we can provide you with a tracking link so you know exactly when your driver will arrive. This is especially valuable for operations with tight dock schedules or limited receiving windows. Our dispatch team monitors all vehicles throughout the day and can proactively communicate any delays or changes.

02

Digital Proof of Service

Every pickup and delivery is documented with digital proof of service. This includes timestamped photos of the load, quantity counts verified on-site, and an electronic signature from the receiving party. This documentation is emailed to you automatically after each service and stored in our system for future reference. It provides a clear record for your accounting, inventory management, and any dispute resolution needs.

03

Route Optimization Technology

Our dispatch system uses route optimization software that considers traffic patterns, delivery windows, vehicle capacity, and driver hours to create the most efficient routes possible. This technology reduces fuel consumption, minimizes transit times, and ensures our drivers can serve more customers per day without rushing or cutting corners. For you, this means more reliable arrival times and lower transportation costs.

04

Automated Scheduling & Reminders

Recurring customers are managed through our automated scheduling system. Once your service schedule is established, the system automatically generates dispatch orders, sends driver assignments, and triggers customer reminder notifications 24 hours before each service. You receive a confirmation email the day before with your driver's name, vehicle number, and estimated arrival window.

05

Inventory Integration Reporting

For clients who use our buying or selling services alongside transportation, we provide integrated reporting that shows exactly what was picked up or delivered, when, and in what condition. These reports can be customized to match your internal inventory systems and are available on a per-delivery, weekly, or monthly basis. This level of documentation eliminates guesswork and simplifies reconciliation.

08
Safety & Compliance

Safety and Regulatory Compliance

Safety is not optional in transportation. We maintain rigorous safety standards, comply with all applicable regulations, and invest in the training and technology needed to protect our drivers, your property, and the public.

FMCSA Compliance

All of our commercial vehicles operate in full compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations. This includes proper vehicle registration, insurance coverage meeting or exceeding minimum requirements, hours-of-service compliance for all drivers, and regular vehicle inspections. Our safety record is available upon request.

Driver Qualifications

Every driver in our fleet holds a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the vehicles they operate. New drivers complete a comprehensive onboarding program that includes vehicle operation training, load securement procedures, customer interaction protocols, and safety procedures. All drivers undergo annual refresher training and regular performance evaluations.

Drug & Alcohol Testing

We maintain a DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing program that includes pre-employment testing, random testing throughout the year, post-accident testing, and reasonable-suspicion testing. Our testing rates exceed the minimum DOT requirements, and our fleet has maintained a zero-positive-test record for the past three years.

Insurance Coverage

Our fleet carries comprehensive insurance coverage including commercial auto liability, cargo insurance, and general liability. Coverage limits exceed industry standards and meet the requirements of even the most stringent customer insurance verification processes. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for your risk management team.

Accident Prevention

We use a combination of technology and training to prevent accidents. Forward-facing dashcams record every trip and are reviewed in coaching sessions. GPS speed monitoring alerts dispatch when vehicles exceed posted limits. Defensive driving training is completed annually by all drivers. Our accident rate is 72 percent below the industry average for fleets of our size.

Environmental Responsibility

Our fleet management includes environmental considerations. We optimize routes to minimize fuel consumption and emissions. Our newer vehicles meet EPA Tier 4 emission standards. We track fuel efficiency per vehicle and per route to identify opportunities for improvement. Annual fleet emissions are calculated and reported as part of our overall environmental impact assessment.

Common Questions

Transportation FAQ

How far in advance do I need to schedule a pickup?

For same-day service in the Portland metro area, we can often accommodate requests made before 10 AM. For next-day service throughout the Pacific Northwest, 24 hours notice is ideal. Recurring schedules can be set up with no advance notice needed week to week.

Is there a minimum quantity for pickup or delivery?

For local pickups within 25 miles of Portland, we have no minimum. For greater distances, a minimum of 50 pallets per trip helps keep transportation costs efficient for everyone. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Do you charge for transportation separately?

It depends on the service. For pallet buying, pickup is often included in the pallet price. For selling, delivery fees are based on distance and volume, with free delivery within 50 miles for orders over 100 pallets. We always disclose transportation costs upfront.

Can you handle pallets that are not stackable?

Yes. Unstacked, scattered, or oddly shaped loads are not a problem. Our crews are experienced with every type of pallet configuration. We bring the right equipment to handle any situation.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans change. For recurring pickups, give us 24 hours notice to skip or reschedule. For on-demand service, cancellations before the truck departs carry no fee. We keep it flexible.

Do you provide tracking or delivery notifications?

Yes. For all scheduled deliveries and pickups, you receive a confirmation email with the driver's estimated arrival window. After completion, you receive a summary with quantities and a signed proof of service.

Ready to Move Some Pallets?

Whether it is a one-time pickup or a recurring delivery schedule, we will get your pallets where they need to go, on time, every time. Our fleet, our drivers, and our technology are all designed to make pallet logistics one less thing you have to worry about.
